At Christopher Radko, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our heirloom ornaments and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the ornament in its original Christopher Radko gift box and secure it within a sturdy shipping carton using ample protective padding to prevent breakage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered completely.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to ensure it is in original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
